Its vivid color, fragrance and length of bloom, Makes them useful as good ‘cut flowers’ and a favorite of the Florist too! Great tribute to the well loved sweet pea. This year at my wifes request I have sown the bush variety, less trouble she says they support themselves. From my kitchen window I see lots of growth, too soon for flowers, but I am still waiting for them to support themselves. An enjoyable read, well done.

Wow! a bouquet of sweet pea flowers. They are gorgeous flowers and they don't get much mention in Adelaide in South Australia where I live. Yet, I can remember an aunt growing them and they are, as you say, smell so sweet and they are just so pretty. Thank you for all the information and background on them Raj.
