A Trapped Heart Poem by Mohammed Arshad Amin

A Trapped Heart

Rating: 5.0

A TRAPPED HEART

In the darkness of the night,
Scarily laying without the light
Beneath the tarpaulin that's tight.

The breezing wind gently blowing,
With an injured wing I'm glowing
Nothing to fly with another wing.

No liberty, safety and proper security,
Where animals dwelling zone in tranquility
With a trapped heart, having survivaility.

I'm wrapped by the unresistant silence
Unwilling life as everything in absence
Like bucketing down, pressure in advance.
