A Tingly Feeling Poem by Alvin Jenner

A Tingly Feeling

The clock was ticking
I hear tick! tick!
searching for a big tick

short hand
pointing straight at 2
long hand
pointing at 22

What is he saying?
I bet it is something
But, here I stand not understanding

Then, I feel that rumbling
a rumbling inside
it was just the beginning
a feeling I could'nt put aside

It was that tingly feeling
that I keep getting
again and again

What do I do! I'm thinking
Felt this before I have, I'm certain
Here I was, realising
I was hungry again! ! !
