This is an interesting piece of writing, time being such a complex thing. Each day a new gift for us to explore, and hopefully use well. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Irene *hug*

Time is precious, like water! A successful man is when you know how to manage your time.

Yes..there is always a time for us But memories however vague Still color our world of make believe Reminiscent of an era not so long ago Taken by light as another dimension The wherefores, and henceforth Man so solid in light ------- Like the classic music box song a time for us...true and well said my friend...couldnt say more...huhuhu I have to accept there is a time for us all...10+++

The hurriedness and possessiveness of time is well illuminated in this poem yielding some useful thoughts. Time is priceless and one cannot own it rather use it with splendor. Life is all about timing and every wise moment elapsed can bring about bright changes in one's life with unattainable becomes attain- -able and unbelievable becomes believeable. Another facet of the poem explains the misconception of time that it changes things but you have conceptualized it otherwise and conveyed this inspirational message that it is not time though it is precious that changes the fate, it is our own wisdom and truthfulness that bring about the changes.....

A timeless poem written with insight and intelligence. It's only as you age that you appreciate the preciousness of each minute. When we were young, life seemed eternal. These days, each new day must be accepted is a gift from God. Your final stanza is particularly eloquent. Love, Allie ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

This is a most touching and beautifully expressed poem, Meggie, and I loved your title, which is reminescent of a song from the Broadway play, 'West Side Story' of many years ago. The poem, of course, speaks of life and time in a different light than the show song did. It is a most impressive and thought-provoking poem, and was a delight to read. Carl.
