Good tribute to a great soul who would really have loved letters and syllables... Father Herman Gundhart, a German missionary who lived in the erstwhile Madras Residency mastered Malayalam and Sanskrit and wrote an exhaustive dictionary...he also wrote few good books on the local people and on their customs in their own language...your poem reminded me of his services he rendered to Malayalam language... Good piece...I love the urge and the idea behind this write...10
