I agree, They will remain as they are, like a dog's tail, and like a scorpion, they'll continue biting without any apparent reason.

In Hindi there is a Muhavra 'कुत्ते की दुम या पूंछ सीधी नही होती है ' like "You can't teach an old dog new tricks." like "A leopard can't change its spot."

I agree with Deepak, it is the moral duty of every poet to bring such things to people's notice, we find such characters in every field and everywhere, they are not ready to change, a crying baby always cry, a jealous baby will remain as it is.
