i was drawn, to make this the first of this poet's poems i have read, by the title........i do like sweets! ! that's not the title but i mean i DO like sweets. i do like the poem as well and it is less fattening. i almost always try to rhyme, line after line, but i think the poem suffers (a little bit) in some spots because nestor (his picture reminds me of the old comic book superman) goes more for the rhyme than understanding.....or something. i especially liked sentences not by a judge. and i like his thoughts about his relationship with pen and paper and writing poetry. in my poems i probably don't sound a lot like me sometimes.....if you really knew me....i mean the way i talk. i'm really MUCH more intelligent in my poems but not as funny in them as in real life. i just lied; i AM funnier in my poems......i hope. thanks for sharing, nestor.
