Tragic. For what is justice if not fairness. What is fair if not balanced. The poem is an advocate of freedom for this who seeks real justice dispensed.

this poem is full of love that it is truly amazing, to use the simple imagery of a court of law, her brain as a lawyer to me says that her heart and her mind are at war and she desperately want to follow her heart but her brain has so many good arguments as to why not to follow him. This poem i believe will always be universally appealing no matter the person no matter the day and age.
