A Story Of The Future Present Poem by Kyrl Karanja

A Story Of The Future Present

A story deep and dark
Every paragraph ends with a smirk
It's like a sad song that never ends
As usual in the media the story trends
Marco Polo with life you played
Side to side you allowed yourself to be swayed
To you the curves were straight
Then to death too strait
They all say and see it in your eyes
But you pretend they're just donkey neighs
A life full of meridian splendor it could have been
But what matters you threw in the bin
They're not playing judge because you see it too
Don't pretend not to see it like a two
But you can rewrite the story
Even before anyone, a part could story
You can be a rose in the dry land
Fuelled with passion for humanity-land
Again, not to choose unrelenting hatred
Honor life because it's sacred
Love 'cause it's imperative and life worth
That's my two pennies worth
