you may not see it in veiled star spun eyes
pulse hiding supernova wonder light spreading
you may not see it in dust mask wax ready
to flash point dissipation leave but a star walker
is preparing final leave taking but a few more dust
years in the making hunger is awaking hunger is
growing to spread thin in cosmic oceans
ride again cosmic wind past solar systems
into universe atom spreading shedding past
black hole event horizon into worm hole new lives
one day when ready time comes when ready to stand
outside self when ready to walk out into an open space
it need not be a mountain top it need not be a cliff face
it need not be in a forest or an open field it need not
be by a river or the sea it need only be an outdoor open
space and in that place shall raise arms to the open heavens
the sky to space then shed atoms swiftly like a dark ball swarm
of bees as spread essence flies winds every atom a poetic seed
gift given like falling sand in an hour glass
falling into moments in time ready to be
turned into measured time of new purpose
creativity may be interrupted upturned suspended
but never stopped jailed imprisoned in endless perpetuity
creativity spins instantly across cosmic sea galaxies
