A Springtime Flower Poem by Jayne Louise Davies

A Springtime Flower

Rating: 5.0

The morning brings such precious things,
The sunshine glows,
As sweet birds sing.
I'm here alone in splendid peace
Your presence now so out of reach.
But strength from you i keep within,
Remembering all those special things,
That you and i would share each day,
The flowers bloom,
You're here to stay,
For all around I feel your spirit,
In every flower,
So soft, exquisite
You're in my thoughts,
Each passing hour,
You were my lovely
Springtime flower.
