hey, daniel! i keep thinking i'll check out earlier poems of yours, but then i see new postings. on this, interesting to think about the fate of the world by going back to greek myth. what comes to mind for me is the speculation- which seems plausible to me- that the battle of titans against zeus and siblings reflects the actual conquest and transition of power in greece. i don't think much about the end of the world and generally don't like post-apocalyptic tales which may be a hold- over from cold war fears (but now revived with the behaviors of trump, putin, and that north korean guy) . don't know if you're a harry potter fan (rich imagination in those instant classics) , but in the seventh and final book at the end, the world goes on just as it was (with arch-enemy voldemort dead and gone) , and i like that. but as to what really will happen? ... hoping this finds you tip top, glen

WHAT IF the outcome of primal things were not just different but vastly different? - - - - - - - Your poem starts with WHAT IF and I feel it is as an answer for my poem'WHAT IF'.Even if in a reverse situation, ZEUS would have turned his defeat into victory through his spiritual powers.
