A song on Toronto
-Gayathri B. Seetharam
Toronto is what I call home
Toronto is full of fun and gets things done;

There's white folk in it
Them black folk, brown suckers
And those chinks;

Toronto is what I call home
Toronto is full of fun and gets things done;

Those Christian people
Who are Bible quoters
The others who swear by the Hindus scriptures
Or the Quran or the Talmud
And the rest of them
Live side by side;

Toronto is what I call home
Toronto is full of fun and gets things done;

If there's the cold and the pretty snow with the scary ice
There's the beautiful spring and the hot summer and the colourful autumn;

Toronto is what I call home
Toronto is full of fun and gets things done.
