a beautifuland meaningful poem and there on that sword the names of whom we love will be written on that trees our flower will grow... and in that sword which will defeat the enemy who try to scare our little ones, who try to kill our dreams with that sword we will give them what they brought...10++++

Cuts very deep into the heart. To be asking with such gentleness. To entreat your enemies to leave some semblance of your life after defeat. This is an amazing poem. Sherrie

victorious enemy! you move from trees, flowers in hand; run; stopped by walls; swords unsheathed; gallows your embrace; blood of the inocent, flows in my vines, in the garden of martyrs. this pained me a lot; great write, Nasser

I have read these words many times. With very few words you have evoked great feelings, my friend. I have only one question. Is there ever a true victor in war, surely every-one loses. Irene

Simple words used but with very deep thoughts that penetrates into one's conscience. Courageous words to dedicate a victorious enemy creating a very sad but comforting song. War is a shared responsiblity, shared aspirations, and shared consequences, of the contending groups. This is a powerful political poem that has very strong messages. This is really an excellent work!
