This poem absolutely blows me away- - I am stunned by the impact of its visuals and I am sitting here rereading it layer after layer. One day I shall die and for me the world and its life will freeze and I wonder where I will be... Stunning piece of writing! 10++++++ and onto my fav list
This is an essential and logical question, but very little people ask: what will happen in the world around us, after we leave it?
Susan Williams the brilliant poet and critic, I hope you enjoyed it, some times people can have the same angle of views to the things, some times we are similar and other times are different but always we share our soul as a human being, cheers stay well and keep writing
That is a mesmerizing poem- worthy of a Stephen King novel! ! [I admire King's writing skills} I would like to see this be Poem of the Day- -it is extremely worthy of the honor! 10+++++++++++++++++
Changes! ! Times of the End; Cold Hours! We have no time! ! Time is running fast! The End in Focus. Thanks for sharing this poem with us.
these are the stop points of our short life, well done you have pointed out, cheers mate
Well done again Soran another well expressed captivating poem. Salvador Dali's painting The Persistence Of Memory depicting time melting away springs to mind. You mirror said image with your beautifully surrealist poem adorned with great imagery. We blink as a child then we're an. Recalling frozen snapshot memories and always in vivid colour. Be they bad or good, mostly good. Like your excellent poem Soran.10++ and added to favs. Many thanks sir and take care my friend.
Dear Shaun I am appreciating your valuable comment, always your poetic soul has got a lot of thing to say, each time you are giving us a small portion to wait for more, Honestly you are an excellent poet lover; in both ways: reading and writing..I wish you every success, Many thanks again..

I particularly liked the choice of title A Snowman Alone. Something so temporary and short-lived as a snowman left remaining in time. Great levels of poetry. Very much enjoyed.
Many thanks dear poet Clive for your comment..yes you are right the title has got very strong relation with the theme and topic...wish you all the best..thanks for your time..kind regards
The ultimate stanza is so gripping and creates a deep impact into the mind leaving the reader to ponder thoughts about life and death. A great poem beautifully crafted. Onto my Poem List. LIke the picture that goes with this marvelous poem.
Dear poet and critic Rose...Honestly I am proud of the level of your understanding and your way of dealing with the poem, Roland Barthes calling this class of readers as a reproducer or re-writer of the text, you have very active mind and so great feeling, so well reacting to the message of the poem and you can open their codes and symbols... wish you every success...Many thanks
What a brilliant write! The way you capture that life is indeed ephemeral is just amazing. Poignant and powerful words that will serve a.wake up call to everyone that life shall not be taken for granted. There is also fear that I felt when I read this poem. Fear that our life maybe taken so fast.that we.have not done something what we ought to do while we are here on earth.

Definitely this life such a dream passing very quick, it is sad but real and true, so even if we ignore this truth (for example by not reading these type of poems) we won’t be able to stop the time, but the big question (as you have mentioned) is that what we have done and what we can do? Kind Regards
A big afgarsto from me to you for your lovely comment..always you are the first and the best...Regards
Fantastic imagery that leaves a deep impact in the mind, a real gem of a poem.
