This is so sad David even more so because it is so very true....One bright thing, no one can or will ever say this about you for your words to us comfort and uplift...I only hope you are being given back as much as you are giving to so many here....As to the hurtful ones they must hurt so much inside that is the only way they know how to live, to hurt...One has to hope that 'they know not what they do'. Kind of like the Apostles once did.........love, marci.xo
Ah my friend, What you give you get so much back in return, that's a sweet leason a few of us could still learn, remember if your selfish in life, nobody will be there to help you against the tide...10
The person you have written about obviously hides his sadness and shows the brighter side. He now wonders why people want to comfort him? Maybe it's because they didn't know his sadness! ! Maybe he needs to trust someone enough to be able to share that sadness? A trouble shared is a trouble halved, they say. This one makes me very sad, David. Love, Fran xxx
You've offered us a parable here David - and a finely penned one too. How often those whose selflessness is extended to many are shocked when their generosity is reciprocated. A cheering poem to find on this beautiful spring afternoon. love, Allie xxxxxxxxxxx
