You've got some pretty powerful lines in this one. Woa. Nice work! DC
so delicate and endearing, such words float across the page as gentle and calm as the sea.
I read this poem with relish and i really enjoyed it. I do like your style of writing and i love the fact that it has echoes of Shakespeare. I never read more than one poem at a time so that i can consider how they affect me without being deluged/ I will read more.

We cannot speak and say so much love this line. The poem is a beauty.
A realistic piece of wrting, easily understandable, exposing pride as the enemy of love, but still finding a ground to begin, actually to defeat pride. Very personal and sweet composition.10
Really I like the diction and peruse the theme. Standing on the shore...very nice and yes always there is plea...
the silence must have been defening, the yearning so sharp... heart-breaking...
This poem lilted right into my heart. Sea, I find, sets a mood and the wind and your memories adds to the pull of pride. The word thee is just so romantic. Loved it! Karin Anderson
