Very nice. I agree with Kale. Lots of sensitivity shown here. In the third last line, just as a matter of grammar and spelling, I think you mean 'oft have most effect'.

It seems the same inspiration ended up being a poem of nearly the same calibur. Referring to one of mine, which I just submitted a couple hours ago (Day in the Life of a Melted Plastic Soldier): funny coincidence I'd happen upon this. They both touch upon the simpleness of nature, and how the smaller things in life truely play a role in much larger ones.
