मैंने अपने आप से पूछा- कहीं अगर मैं मर जाता
तो इन बच्चों का क्या होता? समझ नहीं पाता हूँ मैं
क्या बीतेगी उन सब पर जो मुझ पर आस लगाये हैं
अपनी सहायता व बेहतरी के लिये. उनका जीवन
मैं मानता हूँ कि एक किताब की तरह है, जिसके मैंने
अध्याय पढ़े हैं शुरू शुरू के. नहीं मगर मैं पढ़ पाता
उनके सारे जीवन की रोचक औ' रोमांचक गाथा,
खूबसूरती से भरी हुई और दुस्साहस से परिपूर्ण
पर धीरज रखें; इस संसार का अस्तित्व पुराना है,
पीढ़ियाँ गुज़र जाती हैं, जैसे पहली वाली चली गईं,
परछाइयों के काफ़िले जैसे सूरज के संग ढल जाते हैं;
हजारों बार वही पुरानी दास्तान दोहराई जा चुकी है;
संसार उन लोगों का होता है जो आते है अंत में,
आशा और साहस उनमें भी है जैसा हमने पाया था.
I said unto myself, if I were dead,
What would befall these children? What would be
Their fate, who now are looking up to me
For help and furtherance? Their lives, I said,
Would be a volume wherein I have read
But the first chapters, and no longer see
To read the rest of their dear history,
So full of beauty and so full of dread.
Be comforted; the world is very old,
And generations pass, as they have passed,
A troop of shadows moving with the sun;
Thousands of times has the old tale been told;
The world belongs to those who come the last,
They will find hope and strength as we have done.

I have seen this situation in many families. That's where i feel God plays a big role. I feel there is hope and survival for everyone born on this earth.
