Oh My! I've got to go wipe sweat off, this poem, this master's piece left me quite aloft!
I've tasted your kiss in the shadows On the pathway to my starlit dreams your ink holds all the shades and hues of love, amazing!
Oh, and what if the words of your poem were were literally true Lora, common everyday experiences? What would be the next level? What words would poets use then to describe their feelings. Might not poems then just become a glint in the eye of the loved one, the muscle memory of a smile, a cry of exuberance, a shadow's flicker on a garden wall? Might not we sometimes enjoy the poetry God writes as when we first see entire universes come into existence and disappear like umbrellas responding to invisible rain or streetlights flooding streets with light every night on every street corner of heaven? Can't you almost taste it, isn't there a part of you that knows these dreams have substance, are part of OUR future! ?
But when you tell me I'm your love... Nothing rouses my senses more! lovely.... like your poem!
lovely poem it will shake the trees of the nonbeliever.
