There is a secret I'd like to confide,
A deep secret, buried as winter's seeds;
Though secrets from you, love, are hard to hide,
For my silence, my sighs, my eyes you read.
I think my heart betrayed me and told you,
Yet, if you see my soul, you'll surely know;
Maybe my chatty thoughts spilled the beans too,
Can't cage them! With the breeze they fly and flow.
Have you guessed my secret love or not yet?
It was a dream, now I live it for real;
It's a sentimental, sublime secret,
A bliss from heaven, pristine, pure, ideal.
I'll reveal it, can't hide it for too long:
My heart adores you, to you I belong.
