Absolutely a brilliant poem ranking after the poem, 'Leisure', by the poet William Davies. Great ink!

I want to know that my life was more than washing dishes and waiting for the phone to ring bearing news of joy or sorrow....great implications! A poem of great value and substance!

Marvellous Poem dear friend Susan! We all need that scrap of time to reflect, meditate and peaceful introspection instead of the mundane daily chores like washing dishes etc.

The abstruseness of my own poems often leads me to appreciate the simplicity in other's works. This one had a soothing quality, like a mild Spring shower in the midst of a sweltering May day.

The Administration team of the PoemHunter is acting most irresponsibly. About 12 hours back, this poem was ranked high at position #05, most justified and deservingly. But now at #09. Why? How?
