Every human, some time or the other in life faces dilemma of this nature. How ever much it may be ironic, not easy to laugh off. An excellent Senryu on a real life scenario. Congrats for being the member's PoD. X

It's a tragic fact that many comedians are not happy. As a prime example, I was shocked when Robin Williams committed suicide. Congratulations for having it selected as poem of the day!

This is ironic. A person who makes us laugh through his performance on stage is not always happy. Thanks for sharing a lovely poem.

This tiny poem has broad and deep meaning. Making wealth and becoming rich has vision of many at present and they do not look after their action is right and wrong. Unrighteous practices of gaining wealth is bad and gaining wealth by righteous path is good and through this we gain virtue. Committing sin makes us cry. Such a rich person cries while there is sin. Sin follows through pain and agony. Thought provoking poem! ..Congratulations for seeing your poem as the poem of the day.

Could have been Red Skelton.A brief yet descriptive view of many comedians, I hear. So much in 12 words
