I love to grow things, to me it is still like magic sent to watch a plant grow to provide me with food and pleasure. I feel the soil it grows in from this I know if it needs more nourishment. Your Rule is good. Bob
Many ills of today like cancer come from the liberal use of chemical fertilizers, which get mixed up with the food grown that we eat daily for our survival. After some years, the soils also get highly polluted with strong chemicals and cannot be reused for agriculture. Therefore, to what extent such chemicals can be used, only an expert on chemicals can say. A farmer can be given full freedom in the use of natural fertilizers like cowdung, decomposed fodders etc. This is my opinion, if I am correct.
It looks natural farming is better than such fertised growth of crops and there are many things happening afterwards...!
