A new, spectacular sunrise for her mother, Zen. You've depicted sunrises at different times and places SO well...this poem lives in reality. How many people have felt a sunrise like you? I hope there are many. It's Nature's opening scenes of the daily play...soundless. Spectacular, from start to finish! xxElysabeth

I've seen many a spectacular poem, swetheart... but this beats most of them hands down. Incredibly descriptive and atmospheric; the verse flows with the thoughts... and yes; bittersweet twist is the icing on the cake. Wonderful. t x

Zen, this beautiful poem about the sunrise is absolutely beautiful....Your vivid descriptions bring the 'event' to life in each instant, or stanza... Though a sad and for me, an unexpected ending, it remains awesome! ~~~~~~~~marci.xo
