Awesome poem, I think this is one of your best romantic poem I read so far. The feel, the touch, the smell and the calmness of love is evident in each word of your poem. Full******

My Machakam used to be My Empire. All my books packed on those large shelves. Those days, when computers, iPads, mobile phones were not heard of and TV was just heard of, but not seen, books in printed paper was the only entertainment. And the company of my loved one, of course!

‘Machakam' is a room where darkness reigned and remained cool even on sunny days. On those days before the advent of electricity in our village.

[[ I HOPE I didn't just lose several comments I'd already (I think) sent! ! ]] I've been married about 35 years (counting 4 marriages) ; that is NOT 'boring' but it IS aggravating! ! ! ! : ) bri

Wow, congratulations to you both. Does this all mean that you and 'she' have been 'together' for 1/2 of a century? ? ! ! Does it NOT get boring? : ) (cont.)

'nth day' is an unspecified number of days, probably quite a few, esp. if one is talking of something somewhat unpleasant, ...I SAY. : ) bri

(I did NOT like mango ice cream I bought recently, but....I ate it. After all I bought it and snuck/sneaked it into my wife's house, undetected.

F++k! I goofed up by using a dollar sign (oops! I almost did it AGAIN!) in a comment, only to be reminded, sort of, that that is an 'illegal symbol/character/word to use in a comment. My comment was lost.

Cool! ! ! I mean it's 'cool' aka 'nice'? that I thought to scroll down to seek definitions before I bothered to 'Google' them myself. THANKS.
