The depthness of Soran's poems is always there despite repeated readings. There is always mystery embedded in every word he had woven.

- - - -> It's not that often that I can't say " I saw that coming" and I approve of this taking me unaware... kind of like life does.... the beauty and delight of the sun in the morning could not be written better- - you didn’t know you wouldn’t see it again- - -that was so abrupt and startling and heart-rending........ this is excellent poetry, Soran

It is late / for writing the history / of that sun which rose in the morning / between the trees smiling to greet you / then set early –you didn’t know you wouldn’t see it again.- - - - - - -

Beyond the little things there are mysteries yet to be unfolded and explored! Everyday phenomenon like the rising and setting of the sun or darkness descending down at twilight etc, we take for granted and are forgotten. I like the use of several images to describe the frail sun about to set! Another beautiful poem Soran!

Another poem of great depth woven by a mind full of insight and deep understanding about the facts of life. Liked the opening lines. ''Far away from the lights A little dream has crossed.'' A beautiful poem full of images. Onto my Poem List.

A deep perception and insightful write on life. Life is ephemeral. We never know what will happen tomorrow. It is just but right to do what we can do to make this life worth. True, most of the small things are forgotten but they can make our existence colorful and wonderful.

Quiet night brings memories of old friends but with time relationship changes. Sun reminds us to take life in a happy stride as it rises and fades away. Very nice contemplative poem.
