I liked the simplicity of this fine poem and how easily it's words seemed to flow, Mary. Free verse or style often imparts that quality to a poem, particularly if it's very well expressed like this poem certainly was by it's author. As your poem suggests, not everyone can be a Rembrandt or Picasso or even a Norman Rockwell, but we surely should know how to express our feelings. You did that very well in this charming poem.
