" A poem without a spine" - such an eloquent way of bringing this to attention. Though I enjoy mindless nothings, poems with spines always encourage me to get lost in a world of poetry. I've been gone a long time, you used to rate poems out of ten. I hope you're satisfied with only five.

An excellent criticism - -one should make certain they have a message before spilling words that rhyme all over the page. Top marks.

For a poem to have a spine, it needs a good closing line.
