A tragedy summed up in three lines - - I wonder sometimes in dark the still of night If I had read you the poem would it have mattered The regret of having understood the joy of fulfilling the small petty requests of a loved one, which at the moment feels quite absurd, but after they leave our hand, it fills the heart with an inexplicable heaviness....indeed touching! ! ! ! |

A very touching poem James, beautifully written. Best wishes, Andrew
regrets felt upon the death of any being is the surest testimony of our being morally alive and them having been tender gentle souls.....you have tendered such an amazing eulogy
God bless all those I have wittingly or unwittingly harmed... what a beautiful poem
Of course the poem matters as it brings with it romance into the relationship. A lovely poem indeed. Thanks for sharing. Please read my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON.
