Whole like a smiling calabash
Housing the purest of myrrh
Till that mishap I thwarted not;
She flirted with the one on a mission
By posing as a sweet pillar to an elect,
Her innocence corrupted my judgements.
Love, a liquor mingled with honey
Intoxicated my head, my heart slipped,
Fell to debrises and a piece of me lost.
