A lovely poem with a meaningful message and great advice on how to take care our health. Good health is a foundation of our personality. If we don't have it, we cannot fully enjoy the wonders of existence. Healthy mind and body flow from good health.and eventually good disposition towards life.

a great write and words so true, and it hurts me and you. but what kind of worls would we have if everyone was skinny? then they'd criticize that too.
