How can one know what makes up a perfect poem, either short or long?

Even poems regarded as masterpieces can hardly be called perfect poems. Perfect poems do exist only in imagination, in the state of poetic utopia. I like the insight of the poem and the poet's conviction. Thanks for sharing. Please read my poem MZANSI AND THE BALLOT BOX.
