The nature around us is a part of one's imagination. Beautiful poem on nature with nice depiction.
Yes these all are the part of imagination. You might have heard a Hindi song, Who main chitrakar hai. Thanks for sharing
Such wonderful and well deserved praise. The fortunate readers of your poetry express appreciation. I feel safe to say that the person that writes such meaningful words will not suffer from an ego that would be prove a detriment to future musings. Far from it. I wander with ease through the tapestry of nature unfolding before my minds eye, the wet mist, the worn zig-zagging trail, the slopes so ancient, so regal. This blissful place, this sanctuary, this yearning. The spirit of the forests, the moon's reflecting strength connect us and give us hope. We are better people when we see the subtle flicker of the finch's tail as we reach for the stars of fortune.
The mind and imagination many a time seek liberation from the bondage of the body and dwell in dream scapes and magic lands. A poet is privileged this way to enjoy a surreal peace and joy more than anybody else! Really a magnificent write!
Nosheen, that is brilliant with an equally evocative image! A poet truly lives where her/his body is not. You have described that well with beautiful images. It reminded me of my heart's solitary sojourns when I slide into sleep every night. If I am not indulging, please read my poem Body And The Universe which I was inspired to pen after reading a Turkish poet and Sufi mystic. (10)
Your poem deftly combines an inner journey of the amorous psyche and an outer journey in which the speaker sees beauty even in inclement and difficult weather. The speaker is gaining strength from being in nature and learning to appreciate beauty as a quality of all life, not just in humans. After reading this poem, I felt my inner and outer beings, so often out of sync, were perfectly meshed again.
While calm descends from above and envelopes one like a fog. Good rendition above the powers of man! No sheen, this is a great poem.
Thank you Ali. Poetry can breathe becoz poets put their hearts into it.
You have such a wonderful way with wording your thoughts. A beautiful mind!
Thank you so much Barry. I'm glad you like it. You missed it bcoz there's a technical issue with notifications these days.

what a verse on nature.....mountain mingling with stars and skies invites one like you who has the beauty and love for nature.....you deserve to get the invitation just to report the things and goods kept in the nature's Showcase for the general people like us dead in hearts.
A heart in love of beauty of the mountains, so nicely painted.
