A New Kind Of Proposal Poem by Martin Greyford

A New Kind Of Proposal

Rating: 1.0

I won't bring you flowers
For I am not a romantic person
But I'll be there to make you happy
As long as I live for my love is real.

A flower withers and dies at some point
An artificial one melts when heated. And dies in fire when burned
And it becomes useless.

I am sentimental but don't be judgmental
For I will bring myself to you,
I'll be the gift that you would want
To receive every day when you see me.

There are so many stars in the sky
But only one moon in the dark sky.
There are many girls in the world
But only you my heart has chosen.

I'm not so good with promises
And I believe they are meant to be broken
But as long as I live I'll
Always be there for you when you need me.

You are my perfect rose in the garden
Of different types of roses.
You are the brightest star in my life
Be my girl and I'll cherish you for life.
