It is a poem of science, extremely abstract. The idea of return of the current nature, devastated, to the nature of Eden is brilliant.Yes, indeed, we need a new Eden....10+++++

Sir, As usual you impress with perfect rhyme, rhythm and reason. For a drowning man catching on a straw You have let the mankind know its flaw, CP

Good writing with an important message. I have dealt with the same subject in a more mataphoricaly way in my poem 'The Northbound Ship'

Ha ha! This is very good presage and surprisingly the face off state of Mother Earth. quite opposite to my humble MOTHER EARTH. I liked this so much. I want this presage to happen.......let us pray!

I'm afraid this is way too true. We are a hungry greedy bunch who want it all and in the process make so many mistakes. Very nicely written - a '10! ' Best Wishes, Marilyn

Makes me think of the California poet Robinson Jeffers, who also believed that mankind was not worthy of the planet; he called it 'Inhumanism.' Also I think a book called 'The World without Us' imagined what Planet Earth would be like without humans. I think the worst part is that it did not have to be this way. As to whether we can stop the bleeding, I guess time will tell. Very powerful poem.
