Anger.......
a by-product of
restlessness
plagued by fear and disgrace
of losing material, money or people
the reputation at stake
the danger looming large
you are denounced
rendering so much of help
you are blamed
with so little reason
it's like the pace bowling
the clever batsman places the bat
at the centre of percussion
the ball retreated back
only 'time' available at your disposal:
calmness is the key
patience is the solution
breathe normal
the best medicine.
