A Mountain In The Far East Poem by james watkin

A Mountain In The Far East

Out from which beryl-walled temple
Upbuilded fogs through
In step with who as a bird chaunt
Psalms of the sun true
Each soul of a monk is loosed with
A winged conviction;
As a buddhist, before his own
Gold-enshrined icon.
