It is a poem worth a million thoughts in these days of fading patriotism everywhere. Love for one`s own country is ultimately the test of a citizen`s integrity of character. Though told in the form of an often beaten drum, your tale takes me to the pastoral villages of the sub continent when our ancestors fought for retaining the native civilization mustering strength against the British forces.
