Indeed she's mother's jewel, but more than this - if 'more' is the appropriate word, she is heaven's jewel. Moving. Powerful, yet so mild.

I read your poem at random when the title caught my eyes, Having visited my mother in the hospital and seeing her getting better but she did not sleep the night before and the drugs playing with her mind, You managed to water my eyes plenty! Excellent poem,
