Traditionally, mothers think they should die earlier than their children. If their child dies earlier, they cannot withstand it. A loveliest and tragic poem, saddest to read. Thank you so much for sharing this highest pain of a loving mother, your beloved grandmother, Most beautifully conveyed, dear great Poetess.

It takes a mother to understand a mother’s agony. Our children are our unconditional gifts and happiness. When they are not around, we are restless and we feel the emptiness in our heart. A mother's pain never goes away. Nice piece about mother. Keep the poetry ball rolling Marie! ! !

The poem makes a beatiful point. Yet, every such pain being personal is incomparable. Yet again the poet I know has a unique way of bring her point home.

The love of a mother is immeasurable as well the agony she gets is indescribable. The death of a child before her brings unbearable pain which makes her go straight to her grave. The description on Mother's agony is so touching and heartrending. Great write.

A mother's love is incomparable! It is like a well never exhausted! The more we draw from it, the more it gets filled! The death of a child is the greatest blow, a mother can get! It will drown her in grief, send her even to her grave, as happened in the case of your grand mother! A heartfelt write!
