I too, am a writer, and I am so nervous about letting people read my poetry. Especially about my mom, and other family and people I know. You were really brave to express your feelings and to let people see it. I really can relate in a way. I just hope that one day I could be as brave to show how i feel. The best of luck, and thanks. This is a very heartfelt and powerfully moving poem. I can definately relate, if you've read any of my poetry you'll see a common thread between us as far as mothers go. Good luck. Sincerely, Mary
