Screaming echoes burning with flame
Anger presiding in my mind
trying to find someone to blame
A walk in the park might put out the flames
But there's so much to be angry about
Why doesn't anyone feel the same
I've put it to the test
Measurement to be seen
But no one feels the same
Furthering the flames
I had a vision yesterday
Of horror and of flames
The horrors of the world
To which no one bats an eye
They make these flames consume my mind
There are days I, too, feel the same. You captured that burn perfectly, Winter. And congrats on POD.

Trust me you are NOT alone, it terrifies me daily the horrors that are happening, especially in the US, Its hard to find people in the real world as angry most are anesthetized to the horrors. Great poem!
