A Lunatic Perfectionist Poem by Tulsi Shrestha

A Lunatic Perfectionist

A Lunatic Perfectionist
A Perfectionist destroyed
Which or whom he loved the most.
Repentance for what has created.
He thinks, it should not be created.
A tendency to make a search for
Errors in his own perfect work.
Reproduced himself as a cynic
The Quality that he tries to maintain
Might be not possible for him.
Like a man, never satisfied
With his tremendous achievements.
He destroyed almost all his creations
All of those united to reflect face of
The most loved his divorced beloved.
Tears of his discarded
More than a thousand of creations
Confirmed him as a severe distortion of reality.
The society discarded his contribution
Treating like lunatic daydreamer.
He programmed to count stars in universe.
But concluded time available for him
To count, is not enough.
He wasted his whole life
In discriminating silver crystals from sands.
Alas! He ended his life with suicide.
Releasing a suicide notice.
"No one can be Perfectionist during his life "
What he observed after his own life.
His Funeral Procession sounds more Perfect
Than His perception and expectation.
