To feel the warmth of your shining smile
Makes me feel that forever is only awhile
You clear the skies on the rain soaked day
Ever since I found you I only long for you to stay
Eternal bliss is what you have given me
And I shall return to you everything for eternity
The loyalty that you always come to show
Once a life before you but now I do not know
Four years I had spent face down in the dirt
Tried to numb the agony of everything that hurt
Exhumed my heart, like the eagle it did soar
You have become a love like none have been before
I have been bruised and forever scarred
But I know wherever that you are
The loving fire will always be there in the end
Dont say a word for I feel all that you now send
We watch the water from this wooded land
A special bond only few will understand
There is no distance that will divide us apart
Together entwined with every thread of our hearts
You left your mark deeper than eyes can see
It now seems that you are a part of me
So many years have past since we first met
When I turn into dust I still will not forget
I will give everything I am to keep you from harm
When you are here wrapped up within my arms
Kissed with the affection that I cannot deny
A love like none before leaves no question inside
So sleep my child there's so much more to live
The well of love wont dry, there's so much more to give
From night into day and day into night
To see you smile again I will give all my might
Cause nothing is ever too much for you
When this love we share is pure and true
