A LOOK-364
Your Smile
When you smile,
I sip every drop of it,
breathe every ounce of it.
Your smile makes me
look forward to life—
with a smile on my lips.
When you smile,
I forget my present,
the way I am,
the years I lived—
and look ahead
to the life that remains,
to explore its warmth and beauty,
to become the "me"
I tried, but failed to be,
until your shadow
stepped into my life.
Keep smiling—
and let the world smile,
forgetting pain, sorrow, and misery.
For in your smile, I find
a reason to rise,
a grandeur to embrace,
a motivation to shine—
and truly live,
wrapped in the beauty of your smile.
