In a corner of view we are iving in a living cementry where Blossoms are always mournfull, where there is fear of rape, death and inhumanity and where killing is trend and enemy is friend. Dear Akash, you have touchingly inscribed this in your poem 'A Living Cementry' that I appreciate most. The last two lines viz. Welcome to a place thats a living cemetry Kashmir is name where death is a sentry.. are most attractable. This is a beautiful poem on present society and patriotic in a couplet form. Many thanks my dear Akash, keep the ball rolling with an eye to English grammar. I hope, you will be a great poet in future. May God bless you and your family....10
Aakash, you're welcome and good luck with your future poetic endeavors! Yrs, JC
Aakash, the emotion driving this poem is strong. However, your ESL(?) problems with articles and English idioms hurt the piece. Maybe stop writing for awhile and read some good contemporary poetry in English (Billy Collins, Mary Oliver?) If you have time, check out my new website: jeffersoncarterverse.com Tell me how you like it. Yrs, JC
