A Little Girl Carrying Her Brother
A seven year olds girl carrying
Her baby brother on her back.
Her age doesn't permit to bear such load.
Yet, she looks, was born to share
Responsibility of her mother.
Feeding and caring her brother.
No time and no fund to attain school.
Have never seen any toys to play.
How painful her life, I need to say
Such a little girl has to cook food
For Papa and Mama working in field.
So easy to advocate in favour of
Children right in conference hall.
But story of a little girl in remote village
Sounds so terrible than mystical.
The state hasn't managed yet
Light of education to peep
In dwellings of so many girls like her.
