A List Of Leftovers Poem by Sheena Blackhall

A List Of Leftovers

My mother's false teeth in a bag
Collywobbles on swallowing noodles
A hermit crab inside a smelly a rock pool
Adoration of Albrecht Durer
The day a falcon swooped on a lady's wig
My son, blowing an egg
A visit to a cow's cathedral
Looking into a sheep's weird eyes
The night an ambulance came
Spits on the heart of Midlothian
A robin the size of a football by Lake Ontario
The blue balloon I lost
My Xmas stocking that held one tangerine
