I like the metaphor of the Phoenix. I think it is key motif from mythology...rising from the ashes of its own destruction; it's something I return to again and again. Anyway it's a Battle of the Planets fiery phoenix inspired 10 from me!
A beautiful poem embedded with thoughts that spark like diamonds. Absolutely true. Ethereal things never die. The ultimate stanza says it all. Another excellent write woven and delivered by a true and dedicated Poet. Onto my Poem List.

How could I forget that one, only a few years ago I found out that the original series was truly uber-violent, made in 1972 Japanese Anime and we Brits had a watered down and heavily cut and re-edited version. I believe the original may sell on Amazon. Thanks again Dominic and I wish you well and G-Force too!
